Program Abstract

State of Mississippi

Applicant:      Mississippi Attorney General’s Office (MSAGO)

Description of Strategy Used:

1.         MSAGO and the Mississippi Office of Indigent Appeals have agreed to perform outreach to all potential applicants through a variety of outlets.

2.         MSAGO will efficiently administer the program fairly throughout the State of Mississippi using a least-ability pay formula while maintaining as equal as possible geographic representation of eligible applicants.
