This program is designed to assist jurisdictions in addressing hate crimes and to assist victims and communities that are facing an increase in hate crimes.

With this solicitation, BJA seeks to provide financial and technical assistance to plan, implement, and enhance the operations of veterans treatment courts (VTC), including service coordination, participant service and supervision coordination, fidelity to the VTC model, and recovery support services.

This program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in preventing and reducing intellectual property (IP) theft and related crime as well as supporting law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting IP crimes and reducing violent crime associated with IP cases and investigations.

This program provides training and technical assistance to those who prevent, investigate, and respond to crimes that use wireless devices.

This program supports efforts by both wrongful conviction review entities that represent individuals with postconviction claims of innocence to review individual cases, and conviction integrity or review units to enhance criminal justice system integrity.

This program assists in defraying the costs associated with postconviction case review, evidence location, and DNA testing in violent felony cases (as defined by state law) where the results of such testing might show actual innocence.
