This webinar will provide details about the FY 2023 Upholding the Rule of Law and Preventing Wrongful Convictions solicitation to potential applicants. Presenters will discuss the purpose and goals of this funding opportunity for wrongful conviction review entities - groups that represent individuals with post-conviction claims of innocence - as well as prosecutor-led Conviction Integrity or Review Units. In addition, presenters will cover the solicitation's eligibility requirements and address frequently asked questions. There will be an opportunity to submit questions during the presentation, as well.

Through this opportunity, BJA seeks applications for funding to support entities to identify and review individual cases as well as support Conviction Integrity Units in their development and in creating training programs and policies to prevent wrongful convictions.
